At Pure IV and Aesthetics, we strive to provide a professional, personal, and relaxing experience for every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all, please read our booking policy carefully before scheduling your appointment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments booked online or directly through the clinic.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-transferable to other clients or promotional offers.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will also result in the deposit being forfeited.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the practitioner.

Refunds

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If you choose not to proceed with your treatment or fail to provide sufficient notice, your deposit will not be refunded.

Appointment Confirmation

You will receive an email or text confirmation once your booking and deposit have been successfully received. A reminder will also be sent prior to your appointment.

Treatment Suitability

All clients are required to complete a consultation and medical form before treatment. If, for any medical or safety reason, you are deemed unsuitable for the treatment, your deposit may be credited towards an alternative service at the practitioner’s discretion.
